The festival location is the recently opened Citywest Conference Centre, easily accessible from all parts of the country via the M50 and M7. There is ample accommodation and free parking on site with excellent meeting and catering facilities.
The Convention Centre at Citywest is a purpose built convention centre is part of a 4 star resort, boasting over 1,200 bedrooms, several restaurants and bars, 2 golf courses and a leisure centre.

It is also possible to get to Dublin by ferry via Hollyhead, Liverpool and Isle of Man ports in Britain. Dublin has two ferry terminals – Dublin Port, located in the city centre, is serviced by bus and Dun Laoghaire ferry terminal, south of the city, is easily reached by a 20 minute car or DART train journey

From Dublin City Centre, Dublin Port and Dun Laoghaire Port:
- Follow signs for 'The West' and or 'the South'.
- You will come to the M50 (Dublin orbital).
- Follow signs for 'The South' and exit the M50 onto the N7 (towards Limerick and Cork).
- After about 4 miles you will see signs for Citywest Business Campus, ignore them and take the following exit marked by brown traffic signs for Citywest Hotel.
- Exit off the N7 and carry straight on for about a mile.
- Citywest is on your right.

From Limerick, Cork and Kerry:
- Follow the N7 through Naas towards Dublin.
- After about 6 miles exit left following the signs for Saggart.
